  5. Chocolate Zucchini Oats

    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1/2 cup boiling water
    • 1/2 a zucchini, grated
    • a few strawberries, chopped
    • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tsp natvia

    Mix together all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring often. Serve topped with dessicated coconut and fresh raspberries
